Here at UStay, we're all about U.

We're proud to be from Liverpool, and want to share our amazing city with everyone. We've got a place to suit any of your needs - whether you're here for a party, getaway, or business trip, we have the perfect space for you.

All of our apartments are self-service, letting you control your own stay. Each apartment has a Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer, as well as any utilities you might need (i.e. cups,  plates). All of our aparthotels benefit from fully equipped kitchens, while the Bling Hotel boasts stylish minibars.

FAQs

  • What is Your Booking/Cancellation Policy?
    Booking policies are as follows: - Payment is due as soon as a booking is made. - All bookings are fully refundable up to 30 days before your stay; cancellations made after the 30 days will not be refundable. - Security Deposits are due on the day of check in and held for the duration of your stay; we release these after an inspection following your check out.
  • Do I Need to Pay a Security Deposit?
    Yes, we do take deposits. These are paid by card on the day of check in as a pre-authorisation, so the money is just frozen in your account. Security deposits cover, but are not limited to, the following possible charges: loss of keys; cosmetic damage; smoking/vaping in room; noise pollution; drug misuse, including use of NOS canisters; guests over room capacity. Breaches of these terms and conditions may also lead to immediate eviction from the apartment. If the cost incurred in the apartment is greater than the security deposit amount, you may be charged an extra fee, Deposits are charged per apartment, with the amount depending on apartment capacity; for specific deposits please contact us directly. They are released back to your account following an inspection upon check out. Our apartments are over 18s only. If it is a family stay or an underage occasion, a parental form must be filled out before check in. Adult supervision must be visible at all times. We only accept this as adults of 30+ years of age.
  • How Do I Check In?
    Aparthotels: We operate self-check in; codes to enter the property and retrieve the apartment's key from it's lockbox will be sent at approx. 3:30pm on the day of your check in, provided online check in has been completed. Check in can also be completed in person at our head office at 1 Stanley Street, L1 6AA. Online check in tasks are as follows: 1. Digital Registration - let us know how many guests will be attending, their names, and sign the Ts&Cs for your security deposit 2. Photo of lead booker's/card holder's ID - email to us 3. Security Deposit - paid on the day of check in Sunday to Thursday - Online/in-person check in to be completed by 8pm. Friday/Saturday - Online check in to be completed by 10pm; in-person check in to be completed by 8pm. The Bling Hotel: At the Bling Hotel, we have different check in processes depending on the day of the week. Sunday to Thursday - Online check in is to be completed, as explained above. Friday/Saturday - Online check in is available, but check in can also be completed at our on-site reception until 10pm.
  • Are These Properties Family-Friendly?
    All of our Aparthotels are adult-only properties. For The Bling Hotel, guests of any age are welcome - under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult of parental age for the duration of the stay.
  • Are Noise Levels High?
    High noise levels are a possibility, especially on weekends, at our Aparthotels. These properties are suited to celebration/group stays, and are not family/child friendly. As these apartments' locations are so central, many nightlife venues are next to/nearby the properties, where noise may leak from between the hours of approx. 9pm - 4am. The Bling Hotel is suitable for all guests; as it ideal for parties and celebrations, there may be some noise from other guests in the building.
  • Can I Bring Extra Guests?
    We can only allow as many guests in an apartment as the maximum apartment capacity; for example, in a 4 sleeper you may have 4 guests, but no more. If you wish to bring more guests, you will need to upgrade the apartment booked to one with a higher capacity, or book another apartment.
  • Is There Parking Available?
    Aparthotels: We have partnered with award winning car park operator Q-Park to provide a 25% discount on parking to our customers at their Dale Street car park; click here for the Google Maps location. There are a couple of other car parks nearby: - Queens Square Q Park, L1 1RH (approx. £15.50 for 24 hours) - Moorfields NCP, L2 2AY (approx. £25 for 24 hours, you can get a £5 for 24 hour park pass online in advance) - Victoria Street Carpark, L1 6BX (approx. £13 for 24 hours) The Bling Hotel: The Dale St Q-Park is around a 10-15 minute walk from this property, so may not be ideal. However, there are a few other options closer to the hotel: - Q-Park Hanover St, L1 4AF - Q-Park John Lewis, L1 8LJ
